Adam Puchta Winery, is the oldest family farm winery in Missouri. Its true uniqueness, however, lies in the fact that the same family has continuously owned it since 1855.  They produce quality wines including Adam's Choice, Riefenstahler, Vignoles, Jazzy Berry (raspberry) and Hunter's Red to name a few.  All are carried here. The Cooper's Oak Winery opened in December of 2006.  It is located in the small town of Higbee, MO, in the gently rolling hills of north central Missouri.  A distinctive feature of the winery is that it is on the premises of A & K Cooperage, manufacturer of fine American oak barrels. The intertwining of the cooperage and the winery only enhances the winery offerings of Michelle's Sweet Red, Michelle's Sweet White, Vidal, Chambourcin and St. Vincent, as well a Syrah and Merlot. Enjoy wines from one of the largest wineries in the state. Their Winemake is Daniel Acurso. Daniel's philosophy on winemaking; "I tend to adopt winemaking practices that promote the natural fruit flavors of the vineyard and the region in which they are grown". Besides Missouri native grapes they also offer grape varieties from other  regions.
