Jim and Daphne Bowman, along with their team have created a wonderful evening of culinary fare and wine that showcases how they create harmony together. This slow paced European style way of dining allows guests time to take in and cultivate relationships with others at the table. Willow Spring Mercantile is a quaint boutique retailer of Missouri Wines, craft beers and distilled spirits. Established in 2005, this unique shop boasts the state's largest selection of Missouri wines, craft beers and distilled spirits, plus a small bistro that serves a great lunch. Imagine a liquor store made boutique style that also specializes in local Missouri made. Enjoy lunch with fresh and local ingredients, catering to special dietary needs and gluten-free requests. A gift shop on the main floor includes Missouri Wines, distilled spirits & Craft Beers, gourmet chocolates, hand crafted soaps, gem stone and sterling silver jewelry, photography and artwork, gourmet foods, fresh roasted coffee & beans, loose leaf teas, Gift Baskets, & so much more.
Downstairs you will find a bistro and wine cellar where diners relax and slow down to enjoy a gourmet lunch, and a wonderful bottle of wine from a Missouri winery. Or grab a craft beer from one of wonderful breweries from around the state.
Additionally, once a month, the Mercantile is open for dinner. Enjoy an intimate Four Course Wine Dinners showcasing a local winery and fare paired perfectly
